While Tylan serves as your host during the trip and is the owner of TravelWithTylan.com, the actual tour activities are executed by licensed, third-party tour operators. TravelWithTylan.com functions as an independent promoter of these services and earns a profit from each traveler who books through the Platform. All Operators are independent contractors. TravelWithTylan.com does not supervise or control the work, services, or activities provided by Operators. IMPORTANT: All trips offered by TravelWithTylan.com are for adults aged 18 and older. No minors are permitted on any trips. 2. Accounts and Traveler Information To book a Tour, you may need to create an account. You agree to:- Provide accurate, current information.- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.- Notify TravelWithTylan.com immediately of any unauthorized use. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Contract Between Travelers and Operators When you book a Tour, you enter into a direct contract with the Operators providing the services. TravelWithTylan.com is not a party to this contract. Operators are solely responsible for providing the services. TravelWithTylan.com disclaims all liability for acts, omissions, and performance failures of Operators. 4. Tour Details and Group Format- Tours are group-style trips curated for adult travelers.- Travelers may book individually or with friends.- Tours will have set itineraries. However, TravelWithTylan.com reserves the right to adjust activities if necessary.- Travelers should expect social interaction, group activities, and shared experiences.- All accommodations are based on double occupancy. Solo travelers who want a private room must pay an additional fee and make arrangements in advance. Private rooms are subject to availability. TravelWithTylan.com reserves the right to remove a Traveler from a Tour for any reason, including violations of these Terms. 5. Cancellations and Refunds - All cancellations and refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined in the specific Tour Itinerary.- No refunds will be issued if you are removed from a Tour due to violation of these Terms. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as weather, political events, or pandemics may require substitution of services without prior notice. Additional costs incurred due to such events are the Traveler's responsibility. 6. Traveler Responsibilities You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements, including:- Possessing a valid passport.- Securing necessary visas.- Meeting vaccination or health requirements. TravelWithTylan.com assumes no liability if you are denied boarding, entry, or participation due to documentation issues. 7. Group Travel Conduct You agree to:- Respect all fellow travelers and Operators.- Abide by all local laws and customs.- Refrain from illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. TravelWithTylan.com reserves the right to remove Travelers from a trip without refund if behavior endangers themselves or others. 8. Billing and Payment Payment is required at the time of booking, processed via a third-party Payment Service Provider ("PSP"). You agree to abide by the PSP's terms and conditions. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply depending on destination and jurisdiction. 9. Intellectual Property All content on TravelWithTylan.com, including text, photos, and logos, is owned by TravelWithTylan.com or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission. 10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability TravelWithTylan.com provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any Tour or Operator services. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). What is the cancellation policy?- Deposits are non-refundable.- If you cancel your trip on or before July 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM (GMT -5), you will receive a refund of your remaining balance, excluding the deposit.- If you cancel on or after July 2, 2025, at 12:00 AM (GMT -5), no refunds will be issued. 2. Are Travelers responsible for visas and travel documents? Yes. Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documents, visas, transit visas, and vaccinations required for entry into destination countries. TravelWithTylan.com will provide a booking confirmation after purchase, which may be needed for visa applications. If your visa is denied, a refund will be issued according to the Cancellation Policy. 3. What is included in the trip? Refer to the "Inclusions" and "Exclusions" sections on the Tour Itinerary page. Typically, this includes:- Group accommodations- Certain meals- Group transportation for activities- Scheduled group excursions and tours Flights are generally not included unless stated. 4. What happens if the trip is canceled by TravelWithTylan.com? If the minimum number of Travelers is not met, or in case of force majeure events, the trip may be canceled or rescheduled. In that case, you will be notified by July 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM (GMT -5) and receive a full refund if cancellation is outside of your control. 5. Should I book refundable flights and accommodations? Yes. We strongly recommend booking refundable flights and accommodations to protect your travel plans from any last-minute changes. 6. Can I get my own room as a solo traveler? Yes. All accommodations are shared (double occupancy). Solo travelers may request a private room for an additional fee, subject to availability. Requests must be made during the booking process
